Got a brief period of light snow @4:30 , mainly sleety didn't stick the ground was too wet, and not cold enough, stopped after 45mins.

had 2 snow and hail showers in past 30 mins, a little bit stuck on cars and grass but not much

had drizzle all morning to afternoon, then it turned to sleet, now wet snow and hail

Well parts of Huddersfield and Sheffield are reporing snow falling, maybe it's very localised, not sure

Well, just come outside and found 1cm of snow lying on the ground. I also have it on reliable authority that the A66 over the Pennines is (or was) barely passable and was experiencing blizzard conditions.

it is snowed thees mornings at 8am-9am and it is started to settles iswells! it is was heavish at times and it is 6th snowfall of thees winter for the lootons!! awesomes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being's my previous post was removed because I said it hadn't snowed. (Which it hasn't)

Im going to post something again.

Very light snow shower earlier, didn't settle.

Now completely clear sky.

But theres a severe weather warning on the met office website. One problem though. I cant see how the midlands will get any snow, there's not much precipitation around The Midlands. Anybody care to enlighten me on this one?
