found it to be running very very slow compared to the rest of the forum.

sometimes pages can take 3 or 4 mins to load and keep having to hit refresh.

yesterday the smilies wouldn't work in that area of the forum but do work in the lounge.

and tonight I got this

IPS Driver Error

There appears to be an error with the database.

You can try to refresh the page by clicking here

any ideas?

The error was just part of a weekly maintenance which shuts down the database for a few seconds. I'm not seeing any slow downs on that or any of the other forum areas, so I think your best bet is to delete your cache and cookies and see if that helps, as it's going to be something locally on your pc or internet connection causing it.
