The area of rain this morning passed over giving just 0.5mm. Seems to be the theme this spring, hence the very low rainfall totals.

It has since been a mostly cloudy day with sunny spells and occasional showers. You can definitely tell we are in polar maritime air though, as despite a temperature of 14.4C, the dewpoint is just 0.9C. Excellent visibility too, I do love this weather-type in spring - shame its been so rare this year!
