Quickly raced back from work this afternoon (at 30mph!) to grab a few photos before the deluge of rain from a storm that passed overhead.

I was taking the photos at around 17:00 looking to the south south west of my location on the radar

The storm lasted a good two hours but the majority of the activity was 5 or so miles to the east, never the less its been one of the best storms i have seen in a few years and was not expecting much let alone two hours!

Slowly cleared away to the north north east with a bit of mammatus showing
