Awesome pics Leekay. Im still so pleased at what we had on Thursday. :nonono:

I love the way how the storm just sprung up from no where as we thought all was dieing away as evening approached, killing off most showers etc. Just shows that the unexpected can happen and will happen sometimes!

Great captures LeeKay

Brilliant storm, certainly the best since we’ve been in the air

Although never overhead it broke all around us giving me a cracking view as it developed.

Based in a tower block in Harborne this gives us a panoramic view to the Northern side of Birmingham, in an arc around from Wolverhampton in the West to Nuneaton in the East.

I took a few time-lapses as the day went on and have will order them in a timeline of the days events from our viewpoint.

Filmed through a swarm of Aphids all afternoon.-hence the schoolboy error of opening our window across the shot...to clear my balcony

The exposure levels were constantly changing as it was mostly a sunny day in Harborne,  but I really enjoyed doing the timelapsing and learnt so much throughout the day

3.04-3.10pm facing NNW

Good video grabs and time lapses Leekay like the building convection in the timelapse.

Windypants also good timelapses.
