Don't know,

But I think they should be opened this week. There's an upcoming cold spell, many people will be online and it will be interesting to see where recieves some wintry showers. Please open them.

Lol, there is no silence - it's been repeated time after time (including as recently as this week in the nw blog!), the regional forums will be back in time for winter..
