I'd like to be considered for the Ireland, or indeed if we should need a Northern Ireland regional thread. I'm on everyday for at least a few hours. I used to admin and moderate a few forums in my time. Plus my name will bring caution to those who see mod under it, I'll be watching you.

I think an Ireland thread is enough, I would also be happy to be considered but would tip my hat to Watcher in that he is more up on the weather stuff than I would be

yep i agree pomeroy, ireland thread is enough, we have gotten to know each so much over the years, it would be a shame tp split it up. i think born from the void should allowed to moderate the ireland thread too.

I would be interested in doing the Regional hosting again this Winter, also don't mind extending to other spheres of influence such as in the Weather Discussion and chat as that is where I contribute daily and have learnt a lot by viewing regularly.

Interestingly the models in FI are showing a northerly on the way in 2-3 weeks time but is a long way off and few models are showing it. But the models especially the GFS are starting to pick up a freeze coming. Wouldn't surprise me all the high pressure around, it only has to set up in the right place and we could be locked in a freeze for a long time.
