At 10pm it was +13c* at Kinloss on the Moray Coast, today 22nd being the Winter Solstice. Kinloss reported a maximum of +12.6c on the Summer Solstice. :help:

*Met Office site reports 12.8c in a rising trend at 9pm! Lets see what the unrounded figure maxes at.
