I'll go with the out of focus Venus comment. Could be Jupiter or a plane though though. Could also be total hoax, Chinese latern, whatever???

No time given or alt-azith so no idea where in the sky this was. UFO spotters really need to learn basic astronomy if they have ANY hope of being taken seriously.
