Hi team,

I've just purchased the full NW Extra subscription which is great. Only problem is, when I click on some of the options under the 'full subscription' menu, I get automatically signed out, saying my session has expired?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

I'll check the sub is fully live for you, in the meantime make sure you don't double click links, or click something while a page is still loading. It can make the system think there are two sessions open under one login, so it logs you out.

I see you had a radar sub recently too, you may need to clear cache and cookies if you haven't already.
