Ideal Feb Worldwide Holiday Destination?

Hopefully if Heathrow isn't snowed under, the weather widow and I are going to blow over 15yrs worth of hoarded air miles to get to New Zealand to visit dad for the first time since he emigrated there 8 yrs ago. We want to come back via a lazy place somewhere else on this planet.. could be a once in a lifetime destination.

In as much as I love snow I think we'll give Kent a miss next year (-;

We're a 'younger than their years' couple who've done the Magalooof thing… now evolved to like peace and quiet, greenery and warm sea. The Cook Islands or Fiji appeal but would we be sharing our holiday with a cyclone? La Niña or El Niño?
