This was pretty interesting day and we saw a very pretty supercell which came as near as damn it is to swearing to producing a tornado - In fact reports seem to indicate that it might have but just out of our vision,

A couple of bits for now and more to follow.

After an eternity of driving down dirt tracks we kept up with this supercell. Whilst parked in a gas station two cells merged and produced some exciting motion above our heads.

A short while later the action moved north of us. It would be around this time that it could have dropped a tornado.

I had to zoom in so its a little shakey. Twas on this day that Craig took a brilliant lighting shot. All the rest of us were green with envy.
