Surprised how far west the band of snow is travelling, we just need some of that darker stuff hovering to the East of Sheffield to make inroads

I wouldn't know, the Met Office have broken my radar.

No worries, not like I pay £9.99 a month for the full Net Weather package or anything, don't need the radar at all........

Had a dusting here, nothing measurable anyway. Nothing worth staying up for in this part of the region. I hope to see some nice snow pics from all the hill dwellers out East tomorrow morning good.gif

Probably had an inch of fresh snow so far & still coming down nicely, being blown about in the wind....should be decent if it carries on overnight

The roads must be pretty bad now between Sholver, Delph and Saddleworth and the snow is still pretty damn intense :)

I did, don't get the NMM or anything though, plus only updates every 15 mins vs the 5 mins Net Weather. :p

Seen the gritter about 3 times, I think Oldham Council are on it like a gritter bonnet!! The minor roads are quite hazardous though, should be fun tomorrow morning

Looking good now! What would top it off would be the heavier stuff reaching us for a SNZOWDAY tommoz

Now this snow is more like it! Settling everywhere, about an inch of fresh snow so far
