    So, Humberto died and now it is going to resurrect? Is it possible? And if it will resurrect, it would take a new name or the old one?

    Same name, its retained a circulation but has no convection to generate wind due to dry air.

    There is an invest thread for all invests at the top of the hurricane forum anyway, so there's no need to make seperate theads really for each one unless it becomes a tropical cyclone anyway :)
