Painful story to read -  there is obviously a failure in the current approach of rangers seeking villians on jeeps with shotguns, or are they gaining kickbacks by being complicit in this dirty trade? I really don't know but there must be technological solutions to the problem of surveillence?

I have a cunning plan. Introduce drones over national park sanctuaries. Those that enter the sanctuaries ( rangers, tourists, security personell ) must carry a special  identification badge/card which contains a gps microchip navigational security number. If the drones pick up live image of human activity in national park zone, it would also be able to determine whether those same people have authorised permission to be there ( via microchip badge/card )...if not, send someone in and detain them.

A high - tech solution is the only approach. As long as there is a demand for something, people will always find the most sneekiest method to get what they want.
