Scrolling problems radar

When I view the radar - zoom is fine - but how do I move the map north south east west ?

When I slide my finger up down right or left what happens is that the inset containing the map moves - I cannot change directions

I can't recreate that at all from here - which browser are you using and on which phone?

Phone is samsung galaxy s3 mini

Browser is internet explorer

What i dont understand is that i have not had this problem before on this browser - but at the moment when i try and scroll all that happens is that the page containing the inset map and the netwweather feature buttons moves up and down

So is that a windows phone?

Not a windows phone - just android based

With internet explorer as the browser? Didn't know that was possible and not something that would typically be supported as far as I'm aware. I've done some testing on a variety of android browsers on a samsung galaxy and can't recreate the problem at all - perhaps clear your browser cache/data and see if that clears it?

This is a browser issue

Installed firefox and everything is working fine

The old browser used to support scrolling but not now
