Change topic titles

After having placed some posts in the hurricane thread, I stumbled upon a problem. Because tropical cyclones get many different names in their lifetime, titles of threads have to be changed frequently. I was wondering whether it is possible to change the title of a thread (when I have started a topic myself or if somebody else places a topic about a certain tropical system). Is there any possibility to change the title of a thread after creating one? Moreover, is it also possible to keep hurricane threads others started up-to-date?
