Well we got a little brightness this afternoon so recorded a high of 18C, still poor for the time of year. Conditions look to improve dramatically from Sunday onwards (well unless the models backtrack to cack again)

It's still raining. This reminds me of when you have cold with continuous snot and you wonder to yourself how there can still be stuff up there?

 

The cat is NOT happy. He will only go out in the rain to go to the toilet, so he's dashing out, going and dashing back ina gain. He loves to be outdoors during the day so he's just been whining at me.

 

The salad with associated salad cream on my plate doesn't seem so appealing now ! Thanks  for that !!!

Pretty breezy out but not too cool! It was sunny earlier but it has clouded over now! Next week is looking sunny and warm! Last spell of summer before Autumn arrives!

Just back from a shopping walk into town and rather mild than late out, not complaining, makes for a nice afternoon/evening.

 

Rozzers out in numbers, cars and a "cop"ter is aloft too, must be bad.

No idea TBH, just saw the rozzers going into action and though that was the best time to be getting home and put the kettle on.

I got to 20c until the cloud rolled in and stayed for the entire day! Still warm though! 18c

Looks a rather unsettled day with rain clearing to heavy blustery showers, but it will feel pretty decent in any sunny spells.

Sunshine and showers looks the order of the day, unfortunately the thunder risk is over the north of the UK.

Again the flow looks unstable so afternoon showers mixed in with some decent sunny spells

A drab summers day cool and anemic, well it's always the way as the kids get back to school. The warmth comes out of its burrow, how frustrating too many. It is looking rather nice next week

Another cloudy day, windy too, feeling Autumnal for sure! Really hope the models are correct in bringing some warmth and sun back for a while. Not ready to face 6 months of cold and gloom just yet.
