    Was not sure to put this.  Was doing browsing and found this gem.

    Its always been the thought they protect the mainland from being worse off.   Quite shocked myself here we have slip land in front we always understood it as guardian and safety net, from the sea wrath.   Although, thankfully there is just about zero chance tsunami here.
