Its quite a conundrum on how to deal with these people, on one hand they should feel the full weight of the law and on another the countries involved seem to turn a blind eye due to the revenue this despicable act brings.

The Chinese and their obsession with rhino horns is fuelling this industry. Perhaps they might take a different view if hunters turned up in their country killing pandas.
