Anyone know of anyone doing any Black Friday sales on Weather Stations on this side of the Atlantic?

Amazon have the Netatmo on tomorrow morning (7:39 lightning deal) but beyond that nothing.

In the US you can even get a Davis Vantage Pro 2 for $425 in Black Friday deals, yet this side of the Atlantic we have nothing as all the companies are ignoring it. Really wish someone would investigate why Davis kit is over twice the price in the UK (and to a lesser extent the EU), as its still significantly cheaper to buy it in the US and ship it to the UK even after the costs of customs tax.

This is a good deal on the Vantage Pro from Germany.
It's been on for weeks though

You'd need to get a logger too if putting it online.

I actually considered buying it just because the individual sensors (which fail periodically  in rotation) can't be bought for that.

Checking into that seller they have the Wired version even cheaper -

    £393

Cheapest you can get that for from a UK supplier is around £600. There is definitely something very dodgy about the UK Davis market, especially given the EU kit is literally the same as the UK kit but with a different plug! (US kit uses different radio frequency)

Yeah have a look on Amazon. They do massive sales on Black Friday.

As mentioned the only thing so far listed is the Netatmo, and that's on tomorrow morning. Doubt they will do any others as they don't sell any proper weather stations themselves, they are all 3rd party sellers.

Seems to be a few deals on the Netatmo but that's it. Snagged one of the Netatmo's in the Amazon lightning deal (£77), but Curry's have them at £93 today.

Not even Maplin have reduced there ones, although there stations are already pretty cheap as is. Pity they don't get in some semi-professional grade kit as well just to shake up the UK market.
