Beautiful but sobering video of the islands vulnerability. The existing coastal defenses are obviously inadequate and appear to be constructed on the cheap.  Perhaps when it comes to sea level rise no engineering project at any expense can hold back the sea from moving in. Hard to envisage a long term future for this place.
