A very Foggy night with low vis and a low of -1.8c. Still light dusting of snow remaining from yesterday on the higher hills behind me.

Currently; Thick Fog with base around 400m and ground/air frost.

A dry night with clear periods during the second half after a cloudy start. Fog developed during the early hours and became thick at times below 300m but rarely ventured up to the 330 m level. The sky was visible above the fog for most of the time.

Clear spells overnight led to a hard frost again - clouded over in the early hours but still below freezing at sunrise. Cloudy and misty all day with occasional bright intervals and frost persisting in places all day. Maximum 6.6, minimum -4.2. Wind calm.

Yesterday: very cold start with a hard frost, the coldest night of the season so far, then dry with sunny spells. Maximum 6.4, minimum -5.3. Wind light variable.

Early morning fog cleared by 0930 and there were sunny intervals during the second half of the morning and into the early afternoon. Cloudy again by 1400 and there was a light shower around 1500 followed by more fog from 1530.
