Clear spells overnight, turning quite chilly, cloud increasing towards dawn. Cloud thinning and breaking this morning allowing sunny spells. Further sunny spells through the morning and in to the afternoon, though turning increasingly hazy. By mid afternoon high and medium level cloud thickened enough to blot out the sun.
