Anyone have any idea what to do about this?

The wind directions showing incorrectly on the console even though the vane appears to be pointing the right direction. A couple of examples I’ve noticed are vane pointing E but the console showed W and right now the vanes pointing SW and the consoles showing SE. This seems to have started suddenly a few days ago.

Got quite a few Vue's and never seen this happen before, I know you can change the calibration on your software (cumulus/weather display etc) but that would only be useful if the vane is consistently 180 degrees out rather that 45 degrees that you state in your second example.

That’s what I can’t understand is how it’s not always out at the same angle.

I’d hope it had been installed correctly as it’s been on there 3 years. I’ll check though to see if it’s come loose.

Just opened it up to find the plastic holding the magnet inside has broken. Any suggestions?

The glue seems to have worked for now. I’ll save that link in case I need it.

Davis quality doesn't seem to match their prices at times. That reminds me I've got to tape up the usb cable connector to stop it prevent it wearing out like the last one I had did. Also lets not forget the blowing cap issue.
