Historic Forecast Data (recent 2017/2018)

Hello,

I'm looking for a source of historic weather forecast data. For example I would like to pick a date and find out what the forecast for that date was 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 week prior. Or the other way around, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks in the future from a specific date.

eg on 2018-01-01 what was the forecast for 2018-01-15

Even just 2 or 4 weeks would be reasonable and a forcasted temperature high.

I'm comfortable handling data in various formats or using an API of some sort if one is publicly available.
