A mostly cloudy afternoon which prevented temperatures rising much. Clouds now thinning so may still get a new high for day as temperatures are rising very rapidly in the sun. No sign of the gusty winds mentioned on the beeb TV forecast.

Max temp so far 19.3C now 18.4C but gone up a degree in the last ten minutes or so. Barometer 1010mb rising, Wind F2 WSW, Rainfall 3.7mm
