A clear blue sky start and an air frost earlier with a low of -0.7 C, no wind for once

A cold and clear start. The minimum temperature of -0.7C is the lowest I've ever recorded in May in 40 years of records. It's also the latest date I've recorded an air frost.

Warming up quickly now though with the temp already at 8.1C.
