Maplin weather station HP1000/N23DQ display not loading

Hi 

I have had a Maplin professional weather station HP1000/N23DQ for the last 3-4 years working mostly fine during this period but unfortunately the other day I caught the power cable plug for the main display so it went off and straight back on but since this gets stuck at startup it displays name and model number and won’t go any further I am really lost without this any help with this would be much appreciated
