A cloudy cold start after a very cold night

Yesterday's cloud cleared after sunset and the first half of the night was chilly with clear periods. Cloud increased again after midnight and lowered to give hill fog and intermittent light drizzle by early morning.  No change since then, hill fog and intermittent light drizzle.
