First snow at Devil's Punch Bowl very light still.

Everything totally frosted up and ice up so temperatures shouldn't be an issue here I don't think given I am at roughly 250 m altitude

Ooh met office is forecasting heavy snow for me from 10am until 10pm

Pictures don’t do it justice but incredibly vibrant pink orange sunrise from Ashford Kent this morning. 
 

Anxiously waiting to see if rain or snow arrives soon.

Likewise in canterbury! Can’t see it being rain for us. Too far inland!

Frost is so thick in some of these photos it looks like its snowed already!

I suspect Whitstable will struggle for any snow being on the coast. Might have to go shopping in Canterbury later ( only joking).

Turning fuse this morning from from where I am I can see in far distance the light has not reached yet and the frontal cloud over the top of my head. Heavier stuff can't be far away.

Lovely sunrise this morning with the dusting still intact from the snow shower at 6pm last night along with some frost. Looking forward to the front hitting here between 10&11am Can get a couple of cm. good luck all

Proper good frost and beautiful sunrise, red sky in the morning... except I very much welcome the front that is coming!

A very frosty start, the cloud has already arrived with a red tinge to the east. Still not expecting anything up here but we will see.

Automated forecasts makes me laugh.

Some places around Andover are reporting 5cm of laying snow thanks to those heavier pulses..

Amazing red sunrise here !!

Upgrades for Kent keeping coming and was not expected over night by myself, also forecast a few hours of snow 11pm to 1am as well, keep this up and I might be one very happy man later ! The missus on the other hand has to work so is not as excited !! 
 

Edit... the old man lives in Frome Somerset and is saying they have some very heavy snow there right now accumulating fast as well

I still don’t trust the apps. It’s nice to see but for me the radar is what we wanna look at! Seems to be coming for 11/12pm into kent. But let’s see!

I think those to the west of London will do well. There are signs in the modelling that precip will break up east of London including most of kent so what you see on the radar now isn’t what you’ll be getting.  (Still looks likely covering just not loads) You can start to see it if you run the radar over the last hour. but only time will tell as we know these things can change. All the other markers look good so fingers crossed.
