Variable cloud overnight, ground frost developing under clear spells. At observation, ground frost, bright. Low cloud and mist / fog developing after mid morning, this clearing again towards noon. Early to mid afternoon overcast, light rain setting in late afternoon continuing in to early evening. A spell of moderate to heavy rain mid to late evening.
