Clear spells overnight, wind turning light through the early hours, widespread frost forming. Dawning clear and frosty. High and medium level cloud increasing quickly around mid morning. Cloudy for the rest of the day, a little light drizzle afternoon. More broken cloud by mid afternoon allowing a few bright and sunny spells.
