A very cold day with frost lingering all day in places. Cloud has recently increased stopping the temperature drop

A very cold day west of Norwich missed the early snow showers it was clear sunny skies until late afternoon when cloud's came in.

Temperature at 6pm is 1.0C.

A sght fall  or sleet, not sure which, not enough to measure but enough to wet surfaces and make some like skating rinks, current temperature n01 1.0 C and Td also, 2 hours ago the Td was -4 C with T=1C
