A cloudy night with thick fog developing during the early hours and persisting until 0800, then thinning to mist. A light snow shower around 0730 has given a fresh dusting of snow.

It's been a very cold day here at Norwich a sharp frost made it white everywhere on the trees etc, temperature at midday was 0.0C clear and sunny skies then the fog came in at dusk. 

Temperature at 0.7C.
