    Dry and cloudy with a moderate frost, one of those 'dry' ones with very little in the way of white frost even on car windscreens. Currently -2.7 C after a low of -3.3 C

    Quite a lot of ppn overnight; sleety rain rather than anything more hopeful with a temperature drop to +1.3 but the DP never went below zero. Bizarrely, we have a stiff breeze from the EAST, which doesn't make sense looking at the radar.

    A keen frost to start becoming cloudy with showers of snow becoming more persistant leaving a covering later in the day,max 1 deg,min -4 deg.

    Early wet snow giving a couple of centimetres on the grass by 8am, the first lying snow here since 2021. Sleet for much of the day, gradually turning into rain with the snow completely thawed by mid afternoon. Maximum 2.5, minimum -1.2. Wind light E.
