Yup, can confirm the last little storm just skirted to the west of me with some very decent lighting

Dry, hot and sunny all day at work in Dumbarton. Currently a very active little cell to the west of me, centred over Kilbirnie. Rumbling away constantly.

Larch tree on farm track struck by lightning yesterday with split bark from top to bottom. 

Fascinating to watch the current bunch of storms this afternoon stall and almost moving back west with blue skies to the east. Top temperature of 25c this afternoon.

30.7C at Threave on 12th June  and 51mm (so 2") of rain at  Drumnadrochit same day. 19.4C Lerwick

29.5C at Achnagart on 13th and 20.1C at Kirkwall
