(Heat) UK & Europe - Flea Season, Virus, Health Risk

Hi, I feel that something that isn't being discussed during these blistering heat days is that flea season has become very prominent.
While I'd like to keep this topic focused on the weather more so than the fleas.
I feel that it's very important to discuss the potential risks that come with having these devilish fleas.
If it's become apparent to you so far- fleas are starting to breed at alarming rates that have been causing people sickness.
Just recently, my friends have fallen very sick due to the diseases that fleas carry.
To make things worse- Google suggests that fleas do not live on a human host.
However, it seems to be completely false this season. They have lived quite happily on my friend's head in his hair.
Do I think that this weather is going to bring other problems with it? Absolutely!
 

Not only are fleas starting to become more prominent... There's now the fact that other creatures are migrating here.
What do I mean? There's tropical creatures migrating into Europe & UK.
