Heavy showers eventually cleared away last night leaving variable cloud. Sunny spells this morning. Already feeling very warm.

 

24-hour maximum 24.9c

24-hour minimum 13.2c

Minimum temperature on grass 12.4c

Rainfall total = 12.0mm

Yesterday. 

 

Further moderate to heavy rain occurred before midnight and continuing in to the early hours. A clearance followed before dawn. Sunny spells through the morning and in to the afternoon. Very warm. The late afternoon saw thicker cloud forming producing a few a short heavy shower followed by sunny spells. Mid evening saw a slow moving shower here producing a torrential downpour lasting around 10 to 15 minutes.

Mostly cloudy with sunny spells. Very warm with a temp of 26.9C and the max so far being 27.3C.

This morning's minimum temperature of 17.3C was the warmest on record, beating the 17.2C recorded last year. That figure itself had already obliterated the old record of 16.4C set in 2005.
