Who else remembers this storm?

19th July 2022 caught me by surprise here in the far western tip of Cornwall, the best storm I've experienced for a long time lots of CG lightning and really loud thundersadly though it does seem ages since we've had another proper decent storm, is anyone else in Cornwall patiently waiting?

Very poor and pathetic really given how many had to suffer with the heat but no storm to end it. 

Ireland/Dublin was equally poor but I guess I at least seen some rumbles and lightning compared to most.

One lucky guy in a hospital managed to capture a lightning strike hitting the Poolbeg Chimneys on his phone from this.
