8th October in Midlands - Rain?

Hi All,

Looking for help from all of you weather experts please on the likelyhood of dry weather in the midlands area on Sunday 8th October?

I've been reading through all kinds of forecasts/threads on this site, most of which I don't understand.

I've got a motorbike track day on that day and I'm keeping everything crossed it stays dry, I understand that early October is forecast to be dry 'ish'? But all forecasts I've seen (I know it's a way off) keep saying 'mid October' will turn unsettled again, but it's bit unclear what they are defining as 'mid'.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I'm afraid you're going to have to wait until nearer the time to get the answers you want - it's just not possible to accurately predict the specific chance of rain in a single location at a single time at this range.
