Lack of PWS wifi network

Greetings. My Bresser has recently lost connection to Wundergrund.  Normally if this happens I put the base station into AP mode and connect to the PWS-xxx wifi network that appears on my devices. That enables me to reconnect to WU.  In this instance the PWS wifi network does not appear on my devices.  

Has anyone else come across this situation and know a fix?  I have put an email through to Bresser support. For clarification the data is being picked up by the base station from the weather station.
