Today just felt beautiful. Nice warmth in the sun, felt glorious in my skin. Went out without a coat for the first time.

I get such mood dips in winter that days like these feel like coming out of hibernation.

Will there be any more frost this spring lol, want to cut dead heads off a hydrangea at mums, and scared of killing it. It has lots of green on it now. Is it time.

Another meh day of weather even with a  storm warning out. Had some rain and some wind. 

I want to say as i'll be surprised to see any snow now, i'm looking forward to the up and coming storm season.

not having much hope.

Alexis, I guess you are talking about mopheads, not lacecaps. I'm not sure where Mum's is, but I think hydrangeas should be fine down here. They're incredibly resilient and difficult to kill. I trimmed ours in the front a couple of weeks ago. Officially you wait until late Spring, and that tends to mean early May down here. If you do cut them and there is risk of a late frost cover them with some horticultural fleece and they'll not get damaged.

Faint rainbow 🌈 but the 1st one I've seen this year! I even got a little excited by the sight and got to follow it when cycling home from work.

Yet another drench-fest this morning, I’ve never known a 6-7mth spell of weather like it, it’s just so utterly depressing.

I won’t be surprised to see this flip to the other extreme at some point - there’s no changeable weather anymore just long ‘rutts’ that parts of the world get stuck under for entire seasons

Lovely to see the sun...actually feels quite warm out there...giving those spring flowers a boost...Magnolias particulary good this year...but. .make the most of it if models are to be believed although still some sun at the weekend but cooler and of course.. showers...

Was lovely yesterday, today however cloud is back. And rain seems further south than I thought for today as well, though not down here just yet.
