    I'm getting quite peeved off with the pictures of the country covered in Snow when All I can see is blue skys, and a light smattering on the ground here!!!! Whats the point of it being so cold if we dont get the snow?!? NOT happy bunny! I just want snow, almost everyone else has it.... Hmph

    Some grey clouds coming over me now, look like they are heading south on the A1, not leaving me any lovely presents though! heeheh

    Any watching MetO Invent?? Hahahha you have to see this for Peterborough : http://www.metoffice...ent/weathermap/ Select rainfall, then play the loop.. check out Midday!! My hubby currently at work in Market Deeping and informing me regularly of the snowfall there!!! Grrr lol

    Your side!! I'm right next to A1/A605 Services. been coming steadily for about 20 mins, just had few mins of pretty hard snow :unsure:

    Few flurries this side of Peterborough, looking at the MetO Invent looks like a big bad heading towads us, then looking at 12pm on same indent it curves completely round us!!!! Hahahaha Theres a law about that! Still fingers crossed for something substantial here. EDIT: coming hard and fast here :unsure:

    With you there Janet!! Everything just keeps splitting above us..... well tomorrow is another day and all that!! Perhaps I may get enough snow to atleast be able to throw 1 snowball!

    Certainly feels like theres a snow shield here too!! Itss letting tiddly its in but nothing of ignificance.. perhaps to make a snow mouse instead of a snow man! Lol However I have trust in TEITS so Im confident we wont be missed out completely

    Greying over here, clouds moving really fast southwards, giving a few light snow showers but they are onyl a few minutes long.... very intersting window watching!

    We're Orton..... all the chavs prob nicked it as it was falling out the sky!! hahahaha pmsl Bright sunshine here now, no clouds coming from the North as I look out my front room window.... just blue blue sky lol

    In PE2 it lasted approx 5 mins, then stopped!! Lol

    Tis nowing here now but agreed, dont think we will be seeing anything that will cause disruption or enable my kids to have a much yearned after snow day! Oh well, there's always the day after tomorrow! Lol Edit: Stopped already !!!

    Well hubby says if it keeps snowing down south that it may end up tipping the country downwards and we may get an avalanch from Scotland!! hahaha Had a few small flurries in PE2 area of Peterborough this morning, just teasing me I think!! Anyone able to shed some light on whether we will get snow later on today here in Peterborough? Thanks, Mrs F x

    Flash warning from Met office for NORFOLK Heavy Snow 2251 Wed 6 0800 Thu 7 Sleet and snow showers are expected to give further accumulations of around 5cm overnight. This will fall onto frozen surfaces causing icy stretches on untreated surfaces. Some drifting and blowing snow is possible in strong winds. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Highways Agency for further advise on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads. Issued at: 2253 Wed 6 Jan

    Blue skies emerging here and clouds dispersing. Was hoping I might just catch a trail end.... not looking great for later either, everythings too far south (or Im too far north! )

    Will look forward to tomorrow then, perhaps my boys will get thier long awaited snow day (poor things had to school during snow of December even though all the other kids in the street didnt!) Looking at met office rain fall radar for Peterborough it looks like the weekend could do well at the minute.... but not holding my breath! Struggling to settle here, a lot of swirling wind blowing it around.
