    He just enjoys keeping us up half the night,he was on late last night with interesting inputs so I stayed up and went to work knackered today lol

    Evening all,so whats's the crack with Sunday/Monday my heads spinning I can't make head or tail of it all,the charts show for continual snow but light or maybe not on the extreme Dorset and southern coasts,or will it rain,or is it now the SE,or is it now down to now forecasting on the big day.I give up time to rally round and coax Ian in with the calling drums!

    Completely agree and I think deep down although people are enjoying the moment know the consequences if these conditions continue.One thing that is starting to clearly stand out is the helping of others through the likes of these forums,news,radio stations etc.My local radio station has even set up a 'thankyou' forum for people that have helped others with the likes of pushing cars,helping the elderly etc

    Many thanks yet again Ian for some late evening input,I like many others in the South West that have just recently joined up to the forum have learnt so much about weather charts and patterns from the weather Guru's on this site.Completely addicted and fascinated by all of this and like so many Dorset people on the extreme south coast are again desperately hoping that this time our moment has surely come.Keep up the excellent work everyone!, Martin

    Tell me about it,I told the world that Dorset was in for an absolute pummeling the other night and I am still reaping from the re-pecussions of it,so tread carefully!!!

    oh no! don't put us Dorset folk through all this again! most people are off work due to the snow,we'll all be off with stress!!!

    Press the precip button on the radar screen and hey presto look at all that lovely snow in pink,unlike the rainfall which shows in yellow,red etc this is more of a prediction that what your getting SHOULD be falling as snow,sleet or rain based on all the other factors e.g temperatures etc etc but in times like this is pretty deadly accurate so sit back and enjoy!!!

    Just looking at BBC news,what's all the fuss about? oh yeah I live in Dorset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not bitter and twisted really,have fun everyone,we live in hope!

    One day us Dorset folk will learn!, after the huge disappointment of last night and over the last few years we should know by now that everything that has potential will diminish when it hits the Bournemouth,Poole and Purbeck brick wall!!!!,For now though we need to pick ourselves up and start all over again for the weekend lol

    Just been looking at radar to the North East of the region,is it me or is there another line of slighly heavier prec building up heading down s-sw,where it will drop down to not sure but possibly Poole area of Dorset in for a little more maybe?
