    i can confirm i heard those two rumbles stormmad26 too, im in woodbury working and it looks as though they came from above exeter!

    hi all..... several heavy burst of rain around here earlier, left a few puddles but all dried quickly, getting a few sunny spells and its warm when they come! whats the chances of us here having something to look out the window at? not had a single rumble all year!

    rain/sleet just started too fall, with the frost still around, im amazed its marginal!

    so its sounds like a good chance of some heavy showers here tonight, certainly the right conditions temp -2.4 and dew point -2.7!!!

    wow.... the mention of channel low has got my attention in the model output room!!!!

    dont go taking warehouse loads, the council might need it if metchecks forecasts are anything to go by lol! cashy, we had lots of rain..... and flood warnings! its not often we do well out of a marginal event, usually the wrong side, if we werent then we would be feet under!!!!!

    do you all take metchecks forecasts with a pinch of salt? it forecasts 26mm of heavy snow tuesday night but i just cant see that happening!!!!

    still looks dissapointing for me here in exeter, still would be good for the rest of the southwest too get dumped on just too put too bed the M4 north arguement!

    yes matt i drove over dartmoor earlier at about 1.00 and its was snowing and settling, its wierd too see because at the top of haytor there was snow settling yet you get half a mile down the road and its pouring with rain, amazing what elevation will do!!!!

    i like the look of that chart!!!! i keep hearing we do well out of a channel low for snow, can someone be so kind too just clarify exactly what they mean by this?
