    Its been an exceptionally cold and snowy March....nothing that happens this week will alter that. If this happened in January, I would have loved it but its end of March and i have had more than enough of cold. Cant believe that any one bar masochists and stats geeks want weeks more of this!

    There's far more seething and toy throwing to be seen on here in mid-winter during the times when there's barely a toppler in sight!

    Depends on what the weather on the ground is. Cold, grey drizzly easterlies wouldn't stir up much enthusiasm, if they came about

    Purga....you seemed more to bw implying horribleness due to lack of cold rather than excessive rainfall. And yes, FWIW, I prefer easter in a southerly flow with a rainfall rather than freezing my nuts of in an noreasterly!

    Purga, that chart is for two days before start of easter break....nothing horrible about it IMO unless you are being very tongue in cheek!

    Yep....love snow when it falls in mid winter but can't really understand the drooling that's going on over chances of an arctic blast in March.....would love to be able to start to make up for the disaster that was last summer ASAP. Each to their own I guess

    At the moment the snow lovers on there are like wasps at the end of summer....they're getting more vicious as they see their days running out

    Frosty...a bit of revisionism from you there re RJS predictions. He was suggesting more than 'several inches'.....20-30 cms in a Great Lakes type event was being mooted! Several inches in a few spots does seem quite possible, i think

    Polar....each to their own, i guess! I'd just like some decentish weather to be able do enjoy outdoor stuff that the summer has hindered. I'm happy to have a Nov 2010 repeat afterwards!

    No idea what will happen....though my hunch is that it will be a fairly average season. A repeat of Sept-Nov 2011 would do for me though!
