Heavy rain starting here, and its as black as night I think we're in for a storm! WOAH torrential rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EDIT: Thunder now being heard, and its very muggy with torrential rain...

Had intense hail shower about an hour ago...

Yes, they seem to be changing shape pretty quickly too, but I expect them to be heading East or South East

One large Cb came over us while I was doing a mock driving test, boy did it look nasty. It just missed us, it was a small, but intense shwer, I could see the rain/hail falling in my wing mirror, only had light rain here, but the drops were very big with some hail mixed in. It was the stinging type of hail too

2 massive showers just pased to the south/SW of me with sheet hail by the looks of things. I think the next 3-6 hours could be quite interesting in the NW England area! Had 2 lightish hailshowers over the past 30 mins.

Shower clouds here. The showers are intensifying, esp the one in C. Wales. Also, the showers in N Ireland and S Scotland heading SE seem to be rotating slightly???

Sleet snow hail on and off all day here

Had a sleet shower here at about 10:35

Snowed here moderatley and left a dusting. Its really dry snow and not melting in the beautiful evening sun hopefully some more will come along.

Yeh, its cloudy and dispersed but some organsied cloud comes over every now and again, such as I had a little snow a sec ago, but v v light, any normal person wouldnt notice it

Same here, cloudy and dull after sleet and hail a while ago. Those showers moving through Glasgow into N England look a bit nice, hope they head this way. Also the NWerly COULD give us a bit of action this evening, overnight and tomorrow

Temps dropeed from 7C to 3C and is getting overcast again, this could be a repeat of winter 2001 for me! exact setup!

Having a very heavy hail/snow shower here! The wind is gusting to severe gale I would say. The atmsphere is REALLY unstable! Its looking like a cool 24 hours!

Is it settling TWS? Im expecting wintry showers soon :lol:
