    Snowing here again. Adding to the dusting we had earlier. Even side road has snow on it.

    Got a dusting of snow on the ground here, just outside Wolverhampton. It snowed quite heavily, about an hour ago.

    Latest BBC forecast showed snow showers getting well into the Midlands and as far as parts of Birmingham.

    I see, for my area, in South Staffs, just outside Wolverhampton, there seems to be no chance of snow tonight. Is there any chance there could be a surprise and I may see snow or is there no chance? I have also heard I could be in a sweet spot for a Cheshire gap streamer on Thursday night and Friday. Is this correct and would this likely be all snow rather than sleet?

    Bloomin freezing here and a frost on the ground.

    Very similar to last winters couple of events when it snowed briefly and settled and then washed away by rain/ drizzle and mild sector. Hope this wont be a familiar pattern all winter.

    The Wolf reporting back to the regional thread for winter! I hear some snow could be on the way tonight for some of us! Hope we all get a bit, in the Midlands. Both West and East. I am sure I will be pulling my hair out in the coming weeks due to the never end desperate quest for the holy grail of Narnia!

    Just had a whiteout out here not far from Modbury, in South Devon, where I am on holiday.

    Currently down in Devon, not far from Salcombe and it has hammered down with rain here since the early hours of this morning. Fields all waterlogged around here. Anyway I'm back to the good ole Midlands on Tuesday. I expect 12 ft drifts!
