    How strange. It is sunny here now but we have snow on the ground after that earlier heavy shower and I am 6 miles from Wolves.

    I hope tonight is good as these showers have been pathetic for me so far. I am sure it will somehow miss my area or turn to rain if it does get here! Smashes head against brick wall!

    The bbc and met seem to suggest most ppn tonight and tomorrow will be sleet or rain. I cant see many of us getting snow tonight and tomorrow unless things change.

    The met showed all showers would be of snow in the Midlands. It snowed here at 3.30pm. and was sticking. Bloody typical! So frustrating.

    Im quite a bit higher than Wombourne in Lower Penn.

    Just outside Wolverhampton in Lower Penn, near Wombourne, mate.

    I think game over for tonight now as nothing settles properly anyway.

    You only have to look at the radar and see the showers they are getting, further North, to realise why they are under a warning and we are not in most parts of the Midlands. I would say nothing more than a very light dusting for most tonight, now The showers we are getting are nowhere near as good, or intense, as those further North. A real shame but that is the luck for a lot of the Midlands so far this winter.
